Before Christmas, I made an exciting announcement that I have been chosen to join the Founding 50, a group of 50 marketers aged under 30 who are passionate about inspiring the next generation of talent in our industry. I wanted to take a moment to think about the increasingly important debate around diversity in the workplace. When I think about my role as a marketer and where I might be able to influence situations around diversity one thing springs to mind - event planning.
