We all recognise the importance of looking after our own health and wellbeing. In my mind, a core part of this is taking time off to relax and escape. Last week whilst I was on holiday in Malta, I truly switched off and had time to reflect. In this blog post I share 3 lessons I learned in the process.

In February I volunteered to take part in Strictly Banbury 2018 for charity. Last weekend that came to an end as we (20 couples) took to the stage to perform. As this was a truly unique experience and has taken up the best part of 3 months, I wanted to share it with you. Be prepared for: #faketan #glitter #dresses #dancing & #trophies!
This year I’m attending Be:Fit London, the UK’s only health & fitness festival for women, with my friend Becca to hear from the latest industry stars and to try out some new classes! Who’s in?
I have volunteered to take part in this year’s Strictly Banbury 2018 dance competition which is all about raising money for charity, spreading the joy of dancing and having fun!
If there’s something that you’d like to achieve in 2018, and you’re fully invested in achieving that goal but you’re not sure how to go about it, then this blog will give you a clearer sense of where to start.
