As we all get ready to welcome in the new year and a new decade with family and loved ones, I like to reflect on what I have achieved and what I have learned. So, here is my year in highlights.

In July we hosted our School of Marketing launch event at the Saatchi & Saatchi London office to bring together young people aged 16-20 to learn about a career in marketing. It was a truly inspirational day. Read on to hear the advice of our expert speakers!
